Acquiring the KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) international accredited testing laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025) certification in July 2019, Duck-il Industry's Reliability Test Center operates 9 types of global-class validation facilities—including environmental tolerance, mechanical durability, and precision 3D measurement—to thoroughly test the mechanical and electrical lifespans of our components.
Core Reliability Testing Facilities
Tensile Strength Tester
A tensile/compression material testing device that destructively pulls and measures the mechanical bonding strength of connector housing coupling parts and metal terminal pins, as well as the tensile limit of cable ties.
Temp & Humidity Chamber
Reliably evaluates external deformation and malfunction by programming arbitrary climate conditions, such as high temperature and high humidity in summer (up to 120°C and 98% relative humidity) and extreme cold driving states in winter.
Optical Microscope
Equipment that blocks initial injection molding defects by measuring and analyzing micro-unit precision plating pin surfaces and plastic molding micro-cracks through high-magnification optical lenses.
Non-contact 3D Coordinator
An analyzer that combines laser reflection and ultra-precision camera modules to quickly measure switch terminal pin pitch spacing and external dimensions within an error range of 1㎛ without applying pressure that causes product deformation.
IP Waterproof Tester
Measures water intrusion and insulation performance under harsh conditions, utilizing a high-pressure spray chamber and water tank pressurization to acquire waterproof ratings (such as IP67) for electronic connectors.
Thermal Shock Tester
Analyzes fatigue cracks in electronic component PCB solder joints and polymer material destruction within a short time by repeatedly applying rapid temperature gradient shocks, moving between low (-55°C) and high (above 150°C) chambers within seconds.
Contact 3D Coordinator
Directly contacts the inner holes of terminal-molded products and 3D curved shapes using an ultra-precision ruby probe sensor to automatically calculate and output geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) errors compared to actual design drawings.
Life Cycle Durability Tester
Repeatedly performs long-term press/torsion mechanical tests through constant-speed cylinder robots to meet vehicle service life conditions (over 100,000 operation cycles) for seat adjustment switches, HVAC dial switches, etc.
Multi-environmental Chamber
Physically integrates a vibration shaker table and a temp/humidity chamber to simultaneously induce driving vibration shocks (Random/Sine Vibration) and climate temp/humidity conditions in a single space, precisely diagnosing switch electrical malfunction contact points.
